New Job:  Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing you will be based at the Northampton Head Office for a designer and manufacturer of top quality products. There is also for the right person, career progression to Marketing Director. This is an important position within the business. Ideally hold CIM qualifications.

The Job:

• You will be managing a budget and will be responsible for a marketing plan, campaigns, events and marketing spend ensuring you are working within budget.
• You will be creating a marketing plan and agree the annual marketing plan and work to targets.  
• Overseeing all company literature and project manage new literature and liaising with creative teams and print teams.
• Advertising and bring the creative together to fulfil advertising campaigns and recommend outline brief to business for their consideration and ensure the successful roll out of campaigns etc. 
• As the Head of Marketing you will be project managing exhibitions and shows including showroom events and all associated co-ordinating, managing and working within budgets. 
• Social Media management - create Social Media content, monitoring industry changes, gossip and attitudes in the market being aware of trending products. 
• You will oversee presentations both internally and externally including the National Sales Conference. Liaising with Management and Directors supporting with video and slide shows. 
• The company also has offices within London and you will be liaising with the team there to ensure the showroom is stocked with all the products required and manage the artists and showroom suppliers. 
• Other duties also include website management and liaising with website developers and SEO teams to ensure the website accurately reflects the company and products.
