This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs and providing relevant information.
  • Offer accurate guidance and support to customers based on their specific requirements.
  • Process customer payments as needed.
  • Learn and utilize in-house systems proficiently to support customer requests.
  • Maintain clear and accurate communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and team responsibilities as required.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in any customer-facing service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who can follow instructions while showing empathy to all customers.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
