Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer.

This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development.

Key duties will include,

  • To ensure all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements.
  • Quality inspections / audits of sites.
  • Budget management including process invoices, sign off accounts manage cash flow.
  • Use of development software.
  • Provide support during the handover process including attending handover.
  • Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop’s and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.
  • Manage media activity around development sites.
  • Manage and record accurate documents / records to industry standard.
  • Manage defect queries.
  • Work as part of wider department and organisation to provide all round excellent customer experience.
