We have an opening for a Commercial Administrator working for a busy, industrial company based in Cradley Heath
The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Director with all customer administration
Main duties to include:
- Liaise with clients, place orders and process through the system
- Raise weekly invoices
- Set up new client accounts
- Process weekly sales invoices
- Support the commercial director to analyses jobs
- Report on contracts
- Keep the inhouse system to date with all changes
- Being point of contact for any invoice queries
- Undertake spot checks on clients to establish and P&L issues
The right candidate would ideally:
- Be a strong, all round administrator
- Have excellent communication skills
- A can-do, positive approach to work
- Accurate typing and numerical skills
- Be used to working in an industrial setting
- Have a good sense of humour!
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 30 min lunch
Salary £13.25ph - Negotiable for the right candidate
This role will be working on a temporary to permanent contract, Immediate start for the right candidate
