We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our growing branding department as Machine Operators. This role is ideal for those who are looking to build a career in the textile production industry, with full training provided. Day-to-day of the role:- Operate embroidery and print machines to complete customer orders with high quality and accuracy.
- Engage in various warehouse duties, including booking in stock and dispatching orders.
- Work within a busy production team, applying logos to branded workwear and ensuring each project meets the unique challenges of the day.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide creative input and advice on designs to meet client satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to meet targets without compromising on quality.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo full training on machine operation.
- Strong time management skills to handle a fast-paced, varied workload.
- Ability to perform maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
- Previous embroidery experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
