Job Title: SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants Wanted
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our team. The roles are intended for individuals who are eager to support students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
As we are in the process of expanding, we are looking to connect with professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on studentsā educational journeys and who are ready to be part of a growing initiative.
Key Responsibilities:

SEN Teachers:
- Develop and deliver lessons tailored to the specific needs of students.
- Collaborate with support staff and families to create personalized learning plans.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment.

SEN Teaching Assistants:
- Support SEN teachers in the delivery of lessons, working one-on-one or in small groups.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students to help them succeed in their learning.
- Assist with the adaptation of lessons to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Help students with social and emotional development.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential for Teaching Assistants).
- For SEN Teachers: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent and relevant subject expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with diverse needs.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students' individual learning needs.
