Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for KS1 pupils with SEN.

  • Assist with classroom engagement, promoting focus and participation.
  • Implement strategies to support behaviour management and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.
