- This role requires previous experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment and a minimum of green belt certification.
- The salary for this position ranges from £49,000 to £51,000 per annum, inclusive of shift allowance.
- Candidates must be flexible to work across a three-shift pattern, including hours from 6am to 10pm and 10pm to 6am, Sunday night to Friday morning.
Commutable from: Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Shirley, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Evesham
Salary: 49,000 - 51,000 p.a. inclusive of shift allowance
Working hours: 6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm and 10pm 6am (Sun night to Fri morning)

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager you will have the following duties:
-Responsibility for the Health and Safety of all employees.
-Lead and develop and group of Team Leaders in your area including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues.
-Full headcount ownership for directs and indirects within your reporting line, ensuring skilled staffing levels are maintained.
The Person
Certified to a minimum of green belt level you will have the following experience:
-Previous experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
-Fully LOTO trained and auditing capability.
-Fully converse with continuous improvement activities.
-Flexibility to work across a three-shift pattern.
