Our client based in Royston are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team of 5 as they create a new role due to a restructure.
The new role reporting to the Financial Controller will be an exciting opportunity for a person who is looking to move into management accounts in the near future, alongside studying toward their CIMA or ACCA studies.
The right candidate will be happy to work 5 days a week in the head office based in Royston and have at least 3 years experience working within finance.

The main duties will include:
- Support finance manager in month end accounts
- Assisting with Monthly management Account
- Updating journals
- Overhead prepayments/accruals
- Fixed Asset Register
- Gross Profit Analysis
- Support with designing KPI reporting in SAP
- Purchase Invoices
- Sales Invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Payment runs
- Credit Cards
- Expenses
