Robert Half are delighted to partner with an international solutions provider who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant into a growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be an AAT qualified candidate who has a number years of previous general all round accounts experience. The role will report directly to the FD and work with them in order to deliver in a growing multi-company environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Bank Management - Inputting of all bank transactions and bank reconciliations on to the system. Inputting bank payments, suppliers, and staff expenses onto Bank, and submission of requests to HQ.
- Updating and posting of Fixed Assets
- Compilation and Submission of Intercompany Recharges.
- Assist with year-end Audit queries
- Prepare Sales Analysis for managers
- Credit control
- Cover for Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, and HQ cash reporting
- Assistance with Management Accounts Reporting
