Our client, a well-established organisation in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking an experienced Press-Brake Operator to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with strong press-brake experience and a keen eye for quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate press-brake machinery to produce both cosmetic and non-cosmetic components
  • Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
  • Carry out bending/forming operations using standard and custom punches
  • Input data and make adjustments
  • Perform accurate quality checks using precision instruments (e.g. micrometres, callipers)
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and maintain high standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience operating and programming press-brake machines
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Familiarity with various metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
  • Willingness to support other areas (e.g. guillotine operation) and undergo training in laser operations as needed
