Then look no further beacuse our amazing client, based in Royton, are recruiting for a new Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract. This is a rare opportunity and one that someone with the relevant experience definitely won't want to miss out on!

With products sold in more than 140 countries, our client is looking for someone with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and committment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers to ensure that their requirments are met and tht they are recieving an exceptional level of service
  • Ensure that all customers orders are processed accurately within a timely manner
  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as Engineering, Planning, Production and Quality to comprehensively understand order status
  • Manage customers expectations by communicating effectively with regards to delays/ issues
  • Respond to and resolve all enquiry & complaints recieved in a professional manner
  • Co-Ordinate with logistics and courier companies in arranging shipments
  • Manage demo tock availabuility by overseeing and coordinating logistucs for each machine
  • Attend daily & weekly production meetings
  • Run weekly open order books specific to each customer and distribute accordingly
  • Process invoices and credits on a weekly basis ensuring optimal position by month end
  • Work with Inside Sales Team to achieve business KPI's
  • Engage process imporvemnt and change projects
  • Cover spare parts
  • Maintain flexible working hours at month end to meet the needs of the business as and when late shipments are scheduled
  • Any other reasonable duties as reasonably by your Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in customer service, sales order processing and working within a close team environemnt
  • Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook Literate
  • High level of attention to detail and order inputting
  • Ideally ezperience working within a manufacturing environment

  • This role is a 6 month contract with a possibility of being ongoing
