Responsibilities:
- Oversee client assignments, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Deliver error-free accounts for partner review and client discussions.
- Manage WIP control, billing, and day-to-day team operations.
- Provide tax advice and maintain client relationships.
- Write professional documents for partner and client review.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong accounts and tax knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (IRIS, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
