  • Deliver error-free accounts for partner review and client discussions.
  • Manage WIP control, billing, and day-to-day team operations.
  • Provide tax advice and maintain client relationships.
  • Write professional documents for partner and client review.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Strong accounts and tax knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (IRIS, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
