We are hiring a Service Desk Administrator for our amazing client based just outside of Royston. They are a national Mechanical and Electrical building service provider, looking for an administrator with great organisation and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.

This role will suit candidates with strong administrative and Excel skills, they do not require you to have previous experience as this is a very Junior role with full training provided.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General administration/office duties including preparing documents, producing files and filing
  • Answering incoming phone calls & emails over various inboxes
  • Allocation of works to engineers based in the South-East of the UK
  • Working to response times to meet contract SLA agreements
  • Monitoring dashboard data to ensure we are meeting contractual SLAs
  • Jobsheet processing, including forwarding completed reports to clients & uploading to customer portals
  • Requesting site access and arranging Permits for shopping centres, landlord managed buildings etc

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable admin and Excel skills
  • Great organisation and time management
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced/pressured Service Desk environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Experience of working within a helpdesk, customer services or call centre environment previously is a bonus
