Experienced SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER required for a senior role, reporting directly into the Managing Director. 

Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a small, highly successful business based in Royston to help them find an  SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

As the SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER , you will be responsible for the strategic management of two large key accounts. Relationship management is key to this role, both customer and internal colleague relationships to ensure successful project management. The role involves overseeing and managing the supply of products into two multi million accounts with multiple high volume bespoke orders. Both companies operate out of Headquarters in the EU and UK, with multiple divisions around the globe. THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Generous salary of £40,000-£50,000 dependent on experience
  • Small annual bonus given by company
  • Monday to Friday office hours of 9am-5pm with 30 mins lunch on a permanent, full time basis
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (5 days must be kept for the Christmas break) + 8 bank holiday days
  • 5 x personal half days per year to be used for personal appointments such as Doctors, Hairdressers, Dentist, etc
  • Free on-site gym class membership
  • Pension scheme - 5% contributed by employer when you contribute 3%
  • Free on-site parking
THE JOB

The main duties included within the role of the SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER , are: 

  • Management of two major accounts that have multiple divisions around the globe
  • Day-to-day contact for various contacts within the two key accounts
  • Creating and presenting professional presentations regularly
  • Coordinating and attending regular Teams meetings
  • Managing customers projects
  • Responsibility for the effective communication with both customers and internal departments
  • Offering advice and knowledge on the design aspects and the possible complexities involved in the customers choices
  • Effectively advising of timelines and communicating with internal colleagues to ensure they are meeting their deadlines
  • Working closely with the order management team to ensure sales orders, quotations, delivery lead times, etc are effectively executed
  • Confidently discussing prices and negotiating when required
  • Offering a strong after-sales service
  • Creating and presenting reports and relevant data
  • Developing professional, trusting and long lasting relationships with each of your accounts
  • Responding efficiently to requests for information
  • Learning the customers brand portfolios and products
  • Requirement to travel only 1-2 times a year
