As an Assistant Head, you will:

• Work closely with staff and students to maintain the schools strategic objectives
• Support the Head of School in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of quality improvement plans
• Lead on the school examinations
• Work in partnership with parents, carers, external agencies, and the wider community to foster positive relationships

To be successful as an Assistant Head, you will:

• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
• Show evidence of at least 5 years successful proven track record within a special educational needs environment
• Have experience in major whole school responsibilities and experience of turning policy into effective and successful practice
• Be experienced in developing links and working with the community
• Have held significant area or phase responsibilities

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £53,500 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
