Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teacher Location: UK-Hertfordshire-Royston Overview:Unqualified SEN Teacher - Meldreth Manor SchoolLocation: Meldreth, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire borderSalary: £21,731 - £33,902Contract: permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) We are recruiting on behalf of an independent Special day school which provides a highly specialist learning environment for students aged 6 to 19 who have a range of PMLD, MLD and SLD needs including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and associated difficulties, who require an individualised, specialist approach. Many of our students have complex medical needs and sensory/ physical impairments. Our students are supported to manage sensory overload, anxiety, low self-esteem, low confidence, and difficulty with transitions which is often demonstrative through their behaviours. We are currently looking for an Unqualified SEN Teacher to join our NAS accredited specialist team to create better outcomes and life chances for students in their preparation for adult life. The post offers fantastic opportunities for an innovative SEN teacher with passion to bring further challenge and ambition to learning for learners with profound and complex needs. Responsibilities:The Role:We are looking for a passionate and skilled teacher to join our education team, where we are always striving to provide the highest quality of education and outcomes for our young people in preparation for adult life. It will be your responsibility to plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that stretches and challenges all learners within your class.   • Knowledge and personal experience of SEN learning particularly sensory lead curriculums
