We are currently supporting a logistics company based in Rugby that is seeking a part-qualified accountant to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their finance skills, learn from experienced accountants, and advance in their career.
The position offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 per year, along with a company car or car allowance. Additionally, hybrid working arrangements are available, requiring onsite attendance only 2-3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly accounts.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights on business performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working toward a relevant accountancy qualification ACCA/CIMA.
