Reed Accountancy is pleased to support our Rugby-based client in recruiting an Accounts Assistant.

We are seeking an experienced individual who excels in a team environment to undertake transaction processing, data analysis, and interpretation. The aim is to ensure robust accounting control, accurate reporting, and optimal business support.

Main Duties:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Sales order processing
  • Support daily cash flow forecasting
  • Query resolution
  • Journal entries
  • Support month-end management accounts
  • Ad hoc tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, stock management reviews, audit, and general accounts administration

This role is ideal for candidates with a similar work history, who can work effectively as part of a team, possess good listening skills, and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
