We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Rugby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, assisting with accounting processes, and ensuring the smooth management of financial records. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in finance and contribute to the financial success of the company.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect Debts and allocate payments
  • To ensure all purchase orders are completed and authorised and matched as per companies procedures
  • To process invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • To ensure all sales invoices are raised within a timely manner
  • Facilitate effective verbal and nonverbal communication processes across all levels
  • To undertake all administration functions, associated with the finance operation


Experience

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) or ERP systems.
