Account Support Administrator,We are looking to recruit an account support administrator for our Supply Chain client based in Rugby, CV23.This postion could lead to a permenant contract once you have completed 12 weeks.Shift Details:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 09:00-17:00
  • £25,000 per year
  • 37.5 hours paid weekly (£12.82 per hour)
  • Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks.
Account Support Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate key events & activities that occur with the customer
  • To monitor the engagement activity and spend vs budget for each site in Open Book environment
  • Support the Team with Admin activities, Engagement, EOS and Training Agenda
  • Support and partner with the HR team particularly around the Engagement activities for the Account
  • Support and partner with the CT Team including Finance where required for Admin Support i.e.  room bookings, travel, expenses, presentation creation, notice board management, supply ordering alongside Engagement, EOS and Training Agenda.
  • Support the Account - partner with all Depots - CDCs, CC & PC team - with Engagement, EOS and Training Agenda alongside the supply ordering.
  • To support the EOS Agenda throughout the year including Action Plans, Presentation Creation, Posters, Activities
  • To coordinate key events and activities to support the Engagement and Customer Partnership Agenda.
  • Coordination of the Certified training programs across the Account
  • Administrational Activities to support CT & SLT i.e. Travel, Expenses, Diary Management, Supply Ordering
Account Support Requirements:
  • Experience in Administrative/customer service-based roles, ideally within a multi-location set up.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office and Teams.
  • Good Geographical knowledge of UK beneficial
  • High School / Secondary Education essential
  • Degree desirable
  • Fluent in speaking/reading/writing/ understanding English
  • Own transport preferred or live local to Rugby Gateway
