We are looking for 2 x experienced administrators to work within a busy, fast paced office in a factory in Rugby.

This is a telephone-based role where you deal within bound calls from customers, project managers and new home builders who have issues or queries with products they have ordered.

You will be using excel, entering data into a bespoke CRM computer system, working with deadlines and spinning lots of different plates.

It's a very reactive role and you need to think on your feet.

On the flip side - it's fun, vibrant, busy and a there is always something to do.

To be considered - you MUST have the following:

  • At least 2 years' experience working within a similar office-based environment working with inbound calls and excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Someone who has excellent written / spoken communication skills.
  • A calm mature and someone who can take control.

This role offers you:
