Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator with French language skills, looking for a role with autonomy and variety? Rocket Staffing is recruiting for aFrench-Speaking Strategic Accounts Administratoron behalf of a leading client in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment to join a proactive team.

Role Overview

As aFrench-Speaking Strategic Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative support across multiple accounts. This is a largely office-based role with the potential for customer/site visits. You will need to be proactive, organised, and confident in managing high-value orders while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general account administration, ensuring adherence to departmental and business KPIs
  • Process sales and project-managed store orders within tight deadlines
  • Generate and follow up on quotes to increase market share and sales conversions
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., purchasing, engineering) to ensure seamless order processing
  • Handle warranty claims and ensure timely resolutions
  • Prepare customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customers, and the shipping team
  • Support the accounts receivable function to minimise overdue payments
  • Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks to support business operations

What We’re Looking ForEssential:

  • Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel focus)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Fluency inFrench(as the role supports pan-European customer accounts)

Desirable:

  • Experience in a product-led environment, with the ability to interpret drawings (training provided)
  • Background in technical sales or working with OEMs
  • Social media and marketing experience
  • Face-to-face customer selling experience
  • Ability to travel if required
