DACT Fire & Security Ltd is an established and expanding SSAIB and BAFE accredited Fire and Security Specialist company, based in the midlands and we require an experienced Administrator to join the office team in Rugby, Warwickshire.


Responsibilities for Administrator

  • Preparing paperwork for new starters & Leavers
  • Processing DBS checks, Staff Vetting & ID Cards
  • Ordering of Staff Uniform
  • Booking Training Courses for engineers
  • Adding correct deduction amounts for engineers
  • Amazon orders
  • Monitoring the info inbox
  • Call Out cover every day between 08:00 and 10:00am.
  • Hotel bookings for engineers staying away when requested.
  • Working with the Service Team to book in customers due for their annual service
  • Calling customers to advise when annual service is due.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
