We are thrilled to present a new Sales Administrator opportunity within an internationally-operating, high-growth business. Our client is a highly successful, innovative manufacturing company based in Rugby and they're looking for a brilliant candidate to join their strong finance team.

The successful candidate will be energetic, driven and immediately available, ideally with prior experience in a similar role, in order to be ready to hit the ground running. You will be collaborating closely with the Managing Director and will be supporting with a range of tasks including processing orders and sending quotes, handling inbox queries, managing customer relationships via phone and email as well as some ad-hoc tasks.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills are required with a strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are successfully completed within a timely and accurate manner
  • Confidence with your communication skills is essential as you will be liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as working closely with the other members of the finance team
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to get stuck into a varied role, taking on a range of responsibilities whilst always looking to improve
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous but is not crucial
