Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm
23,800pa plus bonus (OTE 30k)
Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Sales Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role. We are looking for people who are prepared to work 42.5 hours plus a week and the basic salary starts at 23,8000 but will be reviewed after probation the best performers earn 1000 a month plus and you acn earn bonus from day1
Your key responsibilities as a Sales Advisor:
- Following a script
- Speaking to customers who are interested in an insurance policy to help them find the right one
- Updating an internal system with customer details
- Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit
The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor:
- Clear, concise telephone manner
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Good with IT systems
- Ideally some sales experience
- You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality)
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
