We are looking for 2 x experienced machine operators to work within a busy aerospace company in Rugby. This is a fixed night shift working 6am - 6pm on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
You will be working with metallic items, running special production machines, loading, unloading, quality checking and completing order paperwork.
Some of the machines are CNC controlled but we are NOT looking for milling / turners.
It's a clean, modern factory working with a close-knit team environment.
It's also a full time, temp 2 perm role that will convert to a permanent contract within less than 10 weeks.
To be considered: your CV must show machine operating work with metal, you need to be local to Rugby, able to work this shift pattern, have a solid CV showing commitment and be an outgoing, friendly person.
