Purpose of Role:Overseeing a small team within the Outbound Customer Services, to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.

Duties:• Overseeing a team of 4 Customer Services Administrators• Involved in Recruitment/Training/Onboarding/Motivation of staff• Conduct staff appraisals for development.• Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.• Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints.• Pro-active to resolve challenges for customers.• Build excellent relationships with customers.• Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team.• Adhering to company processes and procedures.• Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments• Working closely with the Senior Management Team.

Experience:• Previous experience managing a team.• Ability to motivate and lead a team.• Exceptional Customer Services skills.• Knowledge of CRM systems.• Good knowledge of MS Excel.• Strong Customer Service and Administration skills• Business Acumen.• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced/ever changing environment.• Flexible/Adaptable
