ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team, working across childcare settings in Rugby. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education within our nursery, supporting the growth and development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

- Implement and adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to each child
- Engage in activities that foster children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices in childcare

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Rate of Pay:
£11.44 - £11.89 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (required)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK-based nursery setting (required)
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for children
- GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Valid driving licence (preferred)
- Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) record and two references, including one from the most recent employer
