Pay rate: £23800 + commission (OTE up to £28000)

Location: Rugby CV21

Working Shifts: Alternative shifts (office based only)

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Handling renewal enquiries and new business enquiries
  • Being the product expert and offering the best product that suits the client
  • Upsell additional products
  • Build excellent relationships with clients
  • Monitor call backs that need to be made
  • Updating internal CRM system

To be successful in this role, you will meet the below criteria:

  • Small amount of experience within Sales/New Business is beneficial
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Sel motivated to achieve targets
