6am - 6pm (4 on / 4 off shift pattern)
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
£16.05 p/hour + OT + Bonuses
We are looking for several machine operators who have a solid CV showing commitment to an employer, the ability to work with precision measuring instruments and a great eye for detail to work with an engineering company in Rugby.
This is active, manual, standing role where you play a part in the manufacture of aerospace products. You could be operating a CNC machine, grinding, working with heat treatment, chemically plating or even performing a process that puts threads onto fasteners.
Its 6am - 6pm working a 4 on / 4 off pattern ( all 7 days are working days and you will be working a block of 4 so some weekends will be included ).
Strictly full time so no part time or short term student options and a role that will lead to a permanent placement after 13 weeks.
These roles offers you:
- £16.05 p/hour.
- Average of 42 hours paid per week over a year.

The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years recent experience within a machine operator's role.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawing.
- Good understanding of precision measuring (mics, verniers, shadowgraphs).
- Flexible enough to work the shift pattern.
- Located within a realistic distance to Rugby.
- Good attitude
- Strong awareness of team work and appreciation for quality.
- Fully fluent in written / spoken English.
- Fully numerate.
