We are looking for experienced machine operators with solid work histories to join a busy engineering company in Rugby.
This is a manual, active, standing role where you will operate specialised machinery involved in the manufacture of aerospace products.
The machinery could be used for chemically coating or painting products to a desired thickness, which you will then check and measure using precision instruments.
You will follow written instructions, complete job paperwork, and mark parts to indicate that processes have been followed.
This is a busy, hands-on role with production and quality targets.
Due to the nature of the role, there will be manual handling, and you may get some paint on your hands or clothing (uniform is provided).
To be considered - you MUST have:
- At least 2 years' experience working in a machine operating or factory production role.
- A good eye for detail.
- Full numeracy and literacy.
- An understanding of precision measuring instruments.
- An outgoing, confident, and friendly personality.
- Flexibility to work the required shift pattern.
This role offers you:
