Rocket Staffing are recruiting on behalf of aforward-thinking organisation seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will oversee projects of simple to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and successful delivery to clients.

Role Overview:As the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and maintain communication to achieve project milestones and deliverables. You will be responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client requirements into clear project deliverables and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Manage resources across teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders and clients.
  • Facilitate structured project meetings with clear objectives and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project control documents, including risk logs, action items, and decision logs.
  • Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Proactively address escalations and implement solutions to challenges.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes.
