Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Rotating Shift (8-hour shift between 6 am and Midnight via a Rota System)

Hybrid after training (approx. 6 weeks)

£12.83 + shift allowance when on the shift pattern

STOP: candidate MUST speak English + Spanish OR French (Fluent)

We are looking for 2 x Bilingual Customer Service Advisors who can work rotating shifts at a busy distribution centre that deals with commercial vehicle breakdowns all over Europe.

This is a role that requires you to speak English + either Spanish or French (fluently).

You will be taking calls from stranded drivers, booking accommodation, speaking to repair centres, or arranging the recovery of vehicles within Europe.

There will be computer use, so sending and receiving email, lots of inbound calls, and a process to follow when it comes to dealing with these calls.

To be considered - it's VITAL that you speak BOTH English + either Spanish or French (fluently).
