Our client is looking for a The Customer Service Clerk who will be responsible for promoting service excellence through continuous improvement and collaboration with the customer. Â
Assist customer communication and issue resolution regarding all aspects of the service delivery to the site customers.
Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Booking in customer deliveries
- Accurate communication between customer and clientÂ
- Dealing with customer queries and requests for information
- Drive continuous improvement
- Create KPI reports for all aspects of Customer Services relating to each individual customer
- Identify key trends and opportunities to improve all service levels in line with contract SLA’s
- Contract reporting and escalation to senior management to promote service excellence
- Manage, develop and when required recruit members or both your team and advising others, ensuring appropriate planning, organisation, control and communication.
