4Recruitment Services are seeking  an Income Officer for our client located in Rugby. The client will require the post holder to work 4 days a week in the office and remaining day from home.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Manage rent accounts within an assigned area, ensuring consistent and professional communication with tenants.
  • Conduct outreach to discuss rent payments, arrears, and arrange manageable payment plans.
  • Provide support to tenants facing financial challenges, connecting them with relevant welfare and support services as needed.
  • Collaborate with tenancy support and welfare teams to sustain tenancies and reduce arrears.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records to support the council’s income collection goals.
  ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in income collection, housing management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals and providing support in challenging situations.
