- Support the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Work closely with children with SEN, providing tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure holistic development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Ideally, Early Years qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare/Early Years Education), but candidates with relevant SEN or primary school support experience are welcome to apply.
- A strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
