Night Production Operative (4 on / 4 off)

Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
We are looking for 2 x experienced factory production operatives who can commit to a fixed night shift within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a 6pm - 6am shift working 4 on / 4 off (please be mindful that all 7 days of the week are working days on this shift pattern).
You will be standing at a machine, following a process, working with production targets, completing paperwork and performing quality inspections.
You could be working within paint-straying machinery, performing grinding, operating a form of CNC, or chemically coating.
This is a full-time, temp 2 perm role. You will be employed via the agency for 12 weeks before making the switch to permanent.
To be considered - you need to have worked within manufacturing for at least 2 years and have a CV that shows commitment to an employer (not changing jobs every 6 months). You must also be flexible enough to work the shift pattern, fluent in written/spoken English and confident measuring equipment.
This role offers you:
- £17.03 p/hour for working nights.
- Average of 42 hours paid per week (averaged out over 12 months)
