- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, ensuring clear insight into risks and opportunities.
- Provide data-driven financial advice to senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
- Strengthen financial literacy and accountability across teams.
- Oversee procurement strategy, ensuring value for money, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive cost efficiencies through contract negotiations and policy development.
- Manage and develop a small finance team, fostering strong collaboration.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in financial planning, business partnering, and procurement.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience within the charity, public, or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Power BI.
