The role offers company training and potential for progression.Salary - £27-28,000 + bonusHours - 8.30am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4.30pm FridayBenefits - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, excellent pension, health & welfare schemesMain duties:
- Being the first point of contact with customer by phone and email
- Processing orders and quotations
- Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability
- Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary
- Daily invoicing
- Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays
- Product knowledge t be gained through internal training
- Point of contact for customers re invoice queries
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales administration experience (ideally dealing with a product range)
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Approachable personality and strong team player
- Attention to detail, organised and able to multi-task
