The Role

You will manage the below and manage an established team of eight individuals.  This is a fixed term contract of 6 Months, however the company is growing there may be other future opportunities.

  • Lead service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and deliver team training needs.
  • Manage operational activities and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee peer review/committee functions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through KPIs and corrective action.
  • Line manage the Membership and Qualifications Advisor team.
  • Manage major IT project activities.
The Person

You will have the following experience:

  • Proven project/change management experience.
  • Strong leadership in customer-focused environments.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
  • A customer-centric ethos and adaptable mindset.
  • Experience in a membership/professional engineering institution is a plus.
