The RoleYou will manage the below and manage an established team of eight individuals. This is a fixed term contract of 6 Months, however the company is growing there may be other future opportunities.
- Lead service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and deliver team training needs.
- Manage operational activities and ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee peer review/committee functions.
- Ensure operational efficiency through KPIs and corrective action.
- Line manage the Membership and Qualifications Advisor team.
- Manage major IT project activities.
You will have the following experience:
- Proven project/change management experience.
- Strong leadership in customer-focused environments.
- Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
- A customer-centric ethos and adaptable mindset.
- Experience in a membership/professional engineering institution is a plus.
