As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including those with SEN, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed in a mainstream classroom environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
Supporting students with classroom activities, ensuring they stay engaged and on task.
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure individual learning plans are effectively implemented.
Monitoring and reporting on student progress.

Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Experience supporting SEN children in a mainstream school setting.
Confidence in supporting both KS1 and KS2 pupils.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
Up-to-date safeguarding training.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive attitude.
