Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional People Advisor (30 hours) to join our team in our Britvic contract in Rugby.

Reporting into the People Partner, the successful candidate will support the successful delivery of our strategic plan, which includes great people who care about colleagues, customers and communities

Flexibility is key as we are open to discussing how the 30 hours can be spread out during the week.

How will you contribute?
  • Applying people policies and processes, ensuring the integrity of local people practices within the site/contract escalating where required
  • Active involvement in supporting the engagement and wellbeing strategy across the site including million hours mission
  • Ensure accurate operation of HR system and time and attendance system and other applicable systems
  • Monitoring of key metrics, such as turnover, retention rates and absence reporting, taking action where required
  • Collate management reports
  • Driving the business performance in relation to the companys objectives
  • Contribute towards the improvement of processes and methods of operating practices
  • Assist in the coaching, mentoring and development of the leadership team
  • Manage any employee relations caseload efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across the sites
  • Assist with People projects, and lead where appropriate
What will you bring?
  • Previous HR Advisor experience
  • Previous experience of providing employment law and best practice advice
  • Understand the impact that a strategic people plan can bring to the business
  • Confidential and professional approach
  • Organisation and administrative skills
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload, working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
