- Review & update the company handbook, to include any current employment law regulations.
- Review all contracts of employment.
- Review & update the onboarding process of all new employees.
- Ensuring all companies within the group are compliant.
- Supporting the managers, GMs, and MDs of the relevant group companies.
- Educated to CIPD Level 5
- Will have held a previous senior HR position for several years.
- Will be conversant and familiar with all up-to-date Employment Law Regulations.
- Excellent PC skills, and familiar with all aspects of Microsoft Office suite.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail.
- You will be confident, with a solid knowledge HR processes and procedures.
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all staff regardless of seniority.
- Must have driving licence & own vehicle – occasional travel to other sites may be required.
