Project Coordinator

Rocket Staffing are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects, manage smaller tasks, maintain documentation, coordinate meetings, and assist with general office support. If you excel in time management and thrive in a multitasking environment, this position could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of staff.
  • Support project implementation and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable solutions.
  • Conduct research, manage small-scale tasks, and provide minimal supervision.
  • Oversee purchasing, operational expenditures, and assist with project budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as agendas, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate training sessions and create communication materials including newsletters and emails.
  • Analyse data and produce reports to support project outcomes.

  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
