This role is essential for ensuring smooth production operations and driving excellence.
Hours of work are 4 on 4 off (2 days and then 2 nights, 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am), this is repeated 5 times, followed by 14 days off.

Qualifications:

Experience/Attributes:
- Proven team management in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation.
- Canning experience is desirable but not essential.
