We have an opportunity for a Full Time Payroll Administrator to join a payroll bureau at a Firm of Chartered Accountants based in Rugby.

This is a mainly work from home opportunity with one day in the office every fortninght.

Previous Bureau payroll experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running of end to end weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly and annual payrolls
  • Managing all aspects of payroll and pension processing
  • Setting up new PAYE and pension schemes
  • Uploading of pension contributions to a variety of pension providers
  • Salary payment processing
  • Auto enrolment duties and RTI
  • CIS
  • Year end payroll procedures and P60 reporting

The software used within Payroll is Sage.

Salary is up to £35,000 pa.
