Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with a strong balance of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience (50/50 preferred) and MCP certification or equivalent. This role requires troubleshooting, service, and maintenance expertise across diverse client equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical components.
  • Implement scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure equipment runs smoothly.
  • Provide detailed service reports for all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to preventive strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and client safety and quality standards.
  • Support equipment installations, configurations, and calibrations as needed.
  • Conduct client training and guidance on equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
  • International travel to clients across Europe.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MCP certification or equivalent; strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience with both preventative and reactive maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and client service.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various client locations.
