Housing Services Manager

£30 - £40 per hour

Full Time, 12-Month Contract

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Manager to join one of our Rugby based clients on a temporary contract

Responsibilities of the Housing Services Manager include:

  • Lead the team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring they are meeting their KPI's and giving our residents all the support they require to achieve positive outcomes, using the homelessness outcome star framework.
  • Manage the budget for your service area including staffing, equipment, funded projects etc.
  • Manage the Team Leads and work closely with the Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are both turned around quickly for new residents but also are maintained to a high standard.
  • Be pro-active in managing personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, managing periods of voids and working closely with the Assessment teams to identify new suitable tenants.

Essential criteria of the Housing Services Manager:

  • Previous experience working within housing management
  • Drivers license is desirable
