Aspire People an Education Agency is recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Rugby. We are seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive and innovative educational environment, making a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Position: SEN Teaching Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to children with SEMH needs and ASD
Assist in the use of the school's specialist facilities
Facilitate learning through reflective practice and a facilitative approach
Maintain accurate records, including the recording of learning outcomes
Communicate effectively and confidently with students and staff

Requirements:

Previous experience is not required
Effective and confident communication skills
Excellent attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
A commitment to supporting the holistic development of each student
